We are talking about the assembly LMY47V, which is close to LMY47S and LMY47W for said tablet. Google has released a firmware so that in the coming days, OTA-update should start to enter the Nexus Player. Enthusiasts who want to own reflash the device can download the firmware from the official website of Google.
It is logical to assume that Android 5.1.1 will bring in analogy with Android 5.0.1 and Android 5.0.2 rather small improvements and bug fixes, rather than completely new features and changes. It is expected that Android 5.1.1 is fixed a memory leak problem, which is present until all Android versions 5 Lollipop. Because of this error, the application can be closed, and the amount of free memory – reduced for no apparent reason.
