Only 0.7% of devices based on Android updated to Marshmallow – iXBT.com

According to tradition, once a month, Google publishes statistics by how popular are the various versions of its mobile operating system Android.

Android 4.4 KitKat is the most popular operating systems, its share fell slightly – from 36.6% to 36.1%. Over the past month Lollipop improved its result by 3% to 32.6%. More than 2% in popularity decreased Jelly Bean, which now holds 24.7% of the market of devices based on Android.

But Android 6.0 Marshmallow is gaining popularity rather slowly, during which time its result improved from 0.5% to 0.7%. But do not forget that and a list of devices that you can install this version of Android, is still very limited.
