The first Android-smartphone BlackBerry will be released in August and will be called Prague – 3DNews

Last week, the Internet excited the news that the BlackBerry supposedly going to release a smartphone operating system Android. The Canadian company has responded negatively to this message, but it seems that the rumors still were not unfounded.

As the site N4BB, work in this direction is carried out, but contrary to earlier information comes online, the first BlackBerry smartphone to Android platform will not slide Venice or even the flagship smartphone Passport, which recently “lit up” with the operating system running on it from Google. The model in question will be called Prague and belong to the primary level. It will be performed in the same form factor as the BlackBerry Z3 Jakarta, that is to have a fully touch-sensitive controls, and can be announced in August this year.

Information about the characteristics of new items yet, are not reported as at what conditions will use the platform Android – version in the drain or the developers of the BlackBerry modify it in accordance with the concept of the company. The last option for fans of the once legendary brand communicators would be preferable, but true fans of the brand, most likely will not take him. And the prospects of Prague on the already crowded market of Android-smartphone look rather vague.
