The Russian users of Apple devices based on the operating system iOS spend on vacation 51 percent more than those who use gadgets based on Android. This was reported in the study Trivago, published on the website of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
According to the survey, Apple lovers are willing to pay for a night at 98 euros, while Android users are willing to part with only 65 euro.
It is noted that users of iOS and Andorid initially interested in hotels of different levels. Thus, the owners of the iPhone and other Apple products stay in four- and five-star hotels, while the owners of gadgets for Android prefer three- and four-star hotels.
At the same time, in the last 12 months, regardless of the platform, users of mobile gadgets often looking for housing in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Sharm el-Sheikh and Istanbul.
