Sony at CES 2015: the world’s thinnest 4K TV on Android – Mail.Ru

Sony has introduced a new line of 4K-TV as part of CES 2015. At this time, the model can hardly be called “restyling” of last year’s series – on the contrary, we have really updated lineup. Changes have affected virtually everything from the design to the software platform. What kind of changes have occurred in the Sony models in 2015 – read our material.

 

So, a new line of LCD TVs Sony 4K Ultra HD class includes twelve models, divided into six series. The upper segment is represented flagship TVs X94C and X93C, ultra-thin and curved X90C S85C. More affordable 4K-series TVs – it X85C and X83C.

The platform Android TV on Sony models 2015 opens up new opportunities that last year’s model could only dream of. The new range of Sony TVs class 4K Ultra HD looks balanced and functional seriously improved thanks to the transition to Android TV. It’s no secret that it was a weak system of Smart TV based on Opera TV was one of the criticisms of the previous series, and now it seems that this deficiency was in the past.
