Google released Android 5.0.2, so far only for Nexus July 2012 Wi-Fi – 3DNews

The development team has introduced Google Android update Android 5.0.2 Lollipop flagship tablet for 2012 – Nexus 7. It is expected that the update 5.0.2 (LRX22G) will be more significant than 5.0.1 (LRX22C). In particular, the problem must be solved with the launch service Mount-Service (it will run after performBootDexOpt) and increased the speed of the memory NAND – the latter is particularly important because poor performance flash memory has been a strong limiting factor Nexus July 2012.

It is worth noting that Google never released Android 5.0.1 Lollipop for this 7-inch tablet based on NVIDIA Tegra 3, and the version of the device with support for cellular networks has not received even a firmware based on Android 5.0. Incidentally, the Android 5.0 update has not received and 4G-version of the device ASUS Nexus July 2013.

Will the rest of the phones Nexus update Android 5.0.2 – is not yet clear, but the LG Nexus 4 smartphones, LG Nexus 5 and Motorola Nexus 6, as well as tablets ASUS Nexus 7 Wi-Fi in 2013, Samsung Nexus 10 and HTC Nexus 9 already received previously updated Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. The owners of the Nexus 7 Wi-Fi 2012 can check arrival OTA-update system information (it should already do).

If the wireless update has not come yet, you can either wait or download images and install it manually ( in the latter case, all settings and personal data will be lost).
