Smartphone BlackBerry Passport with Android interface videotape – Ferra

We have already written about the forthcoming smartphone-slider BlackBerry codenamed Venice, which is expected to be running Android. Moreover, it is expected that will be presented in two versions – for Android and BlackBerry 10. Now, the network has the video of the smartphone Passport Silver Edition. And in the video Passport Silver Edition does not work on the original platform, BlackBerry, and on the sink version Android Lollipop.


According to preliminary data, the smartphone version of the Passport Silver Edition on Android can to be released in 2016 if the BlackBerry Venice based on Android would be popular.

Recall, BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition is a version of Passport in refreshed design, which was released in early August.

Smartphone BlackBerry Passport is interesting, first of all, its unusual shape: it is almost square – the device is wider than most of today’s models. BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition is built on a quad-core 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 801 is equipped with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, 13-megapixel main and a 2-megapixel front camera. BlackBerry Passport supports LTE network and is running BlackBerry 10.3.
