Chief editor of the French news web portal Nowhereelse Hemmerstofferu Steve (Steve Hemmerstoffer) managed to get spy photos, which show the front panel of the new smartphone Sony Lavender. His official announcement is expected in June 2015.
Earlier it was reported that Sony Lavender will be positioned as self-powered smartphone. This is confirmed by the spy shots that show that the front panel has openings for the front camera and LED-flash. Also, the new smartphone will boast narrow limits on either side of the display.
According to rumors, Sony Lavender will be based on SoC MediaTek MT6752 (64-bit) with an eight 1.7-GHz processor Cortex-A53 and 2 GB of RAM and receive a display with a resolution of 1080p. It is also to be provided with two cameras: a 13-megapixel sensor core with a Sony IMX214, and 5-megapixel front with LED-flash. The operating system will make Android Lollipop.
