Twitter launched its first mobile client optimized for Android-tablets. While the program is only available on one device – Galaxy Note 10.1 (“publication” in 2014) Support for other “tablets” will be implemented later. Make it a promise “to the end of the year”.
In the left part of the “tablet” of the client are located usual tabs – Home (“Home”), Connect (“Connected”), Discover (“in the know”) and Me (“I”). If you click on a tweet once, it will open the built-in content – photos, videos or preview of the article. Double-tap will open the full-screen mode.
Some features are implemented in partnership with the engineers of Samsung. These include the widget on the desktop, and the ability to place a box next to the microblogging another application. For example, users can simultaneously read tweets and watch a movie.
