Samsung is testing prototypes Galaxy Note7 on Android 7.0 Nougat – Ferra

It seems that Samsung has already begun testing the prototypes of the forthcoming Galaxy Note7 smartphone based on fresh operating system – Android 7.0 Nougat. At least one such device was marked in the database benchmark Geekbench data.


according to the records in Geekbench, smartphone model number SM-N930F running is a newer Android 7.0 Nougat, and not Android 6 Marshmallow. You may notice that the amount of RAM is only 3 GB and processor Exynos 7420, while the rumored Galaxy Note7 have much more advanced capabilities – Exynos 8893 and 6 GB of RAM. According to one version, we are dealing with an early prototype, the main task is to show the work of the new Android.

Recall, the announcement of the new Galaxy Note is expected on 2 August.
